Hey Rosey is Orange’s beloved ‘anchovy tin sized’ wine bar-barely three metres wide and seating 20 - where eclectic style meets regional substance. Owned by Leigh Oliver + Verity Abrams.
Spinning vinyl and guiding your next discoverable drop. The wine list is every changing and centres on local + independant producers, as well as international + funky makers.
Chef Hugh Piper-formerly of Dear Sainte Éloise - turns the bar counter into a non-kitchen stage, plating small seasonal bites, charcuterie, anchovy toasts, tinned seafood all the way up to dinner. Pulled from the incredible producers from around Orange and the Central West. It’s a plate‑and‑pour experience: watch it happen, sink into the tracks playing, and feel like you belong.
